Hi!

I've used one for years, I found it helped my hot flushes almost immediately, reducing them from almost hourly to about every four or five hours. I don't know if it's psychosomatic but I feel it works for me. If you're undergoing treatment or have any other health concerns, it would be worth checking. It was recommended by the menopause specialist consultant at my local hospital.
