Hi. I’m not in the UK but presumably they will make a plan perhaps for a biopsy and then chemo. Most people there seem to have neoadjuvant chemo which means having several chemos before surgery and several after. The cancer can’t be definitively diagnosed without pathology. You could call the Ovacom helpline. I’m sure other UK members will weigh in. Good luck to you! Xx

Your blood test was probably a CA125 test which can show ovarian cancer, and scan will also show a possible problem.They will talk through the results of those,you can ask questions and discuss options for treatment if needed. Good luck x
