Just to let you know we will be circulating details of events for world ovarian cancer day in the next day or so. There will be a lunchtime event in science gallery in dublin and if anyone is willing to tell their story then can they send me a message please as just trying to finalise this.
Thanks Sharon

I believe Break Through Cancer here in Cork is having a Seminar on Ovarian Cancer at Western Gateway University College Cork on May 8th at 6pm details also to be confirmed and it is understood that Cork City Hall is highlighting World Ovarian Cancer Day by going Teal that evening. This is according to the Evening Echo and this is being organised with the help of one of our late members sister.

Yes we have all been working together to get an agenda together so will send out details tomorrow. Thanks again sharon
Yes it's been confirmed by the Lord Mayors office that the city Hall would be lit up in Teal that evening ,it was organised by our late members sister.I also mentioned W.O.C day on radio this morning so they are marking it in the calendar. They said they'd ring me close to time to advertise events in Munster on that day BUT I will have nothing to advertise only the city hall and the talk on Monday evening! Suzuki,we'll have to meet for a coffee ourselves 😀😉Any one else interested in a coffee and natter or vino and cake?
I will send on the details of events in the morning as just finalising. There is a lunchtime seminar in science gallery in dublin and an evening event in western gateway building. There is an ovacare coffee morning on 6th in dublin and there is an emer casey event in galway on the sat a fundraising afternoon tea dance and family fun day. There is also an emer casey announcement and survivorship event in St James on 8th at 10am so lots going on!
The event in St James's will take place in the boardroom which is in the stone building opposite the main entrance (beside CEOs office). That's great I will add you to the list for science gallery. Regards Sharon
