Happy Little Women's Christmas

Just realised its Little Women's Christmas! wishing happiness and health to all my fellow posters and friends!

I do love this site for the volume of interesting things I learn each time I visit. I had never heard of Little Christmas or Women's Christmas. Have just looked it up on Wiki so from now on I shall have another little excuse for a celebration on 6th January!

This led me to look up the 12 days of Christmas because my husband and I couldn't agree which date is the 12th. I've discovered there are two schools of thought. Some who consider the first day of Christmas to be Christmas Day, and others who take Boxing Day to be the First Day of Christmas.

Can't wait for him to come home from work and explain we were both right !!!!!

Sending loads of 12th Day and 13th Day good wishes and warmest wishes for Little Christmas and Women's Christmas! We need lots of celebrations to cheer up the cold dark month of January. xxx

Sent reply before finished writing - typical of me. Have no plans for tonight - was out for brunch , so I suppose that counts as a celebration.

Decorations down, packed away and gone back to the attic - yippee, but must do the vacuuming now and big clean up - which I hate.

Hope you had a nice little womens Xmas , today is one of the worst days imaginable snow and heavy rain and wind, the forecast was upgraded to red alert just now. Well went to ent clinic and got nose checked out nothing sinister. they have changed my spray and my nose is more comfy, I am using the neil med and being good. The doc says it is the Avastin and not to worry about it, the bone has thinned prob from the avastin. I am back for a review in four weeks to see how I am. So back with Prof O Reilly before then. I hope you are doing well, talking about nights out, I was supposed to meet the choir tonight for a meal but decided it was safer to stay at home in front of the fire.
