Thank you for sharing that lovely saying. Having a bit of a rough time at present; chemo is hard going this time and the side effects are getting worse. But still went off to the opera festival in Wexford - spent a lot of time in bed so that I could enjoy it. Wonder was it worth it and have to say 'yes'. The numbing of feet & hands is getting worse, despite the acupuncture, so I think taxol dosage will have to be reduced for the last 2 sessions.

Hi Daisies,

I am sorry to hear you are having a hard time but it is great to see you didnt let it get the better of you and went to the opera (you showed the chemo who is boss) . I wont be at the coffee morning in Cork as I am going to the Patients Day in Galway. Things are not to bad with me I see my consultant on Tuesday next my CA125 has doubled over the last 8 weeks but still under 35 so will see what he says also had bloods done today and will have results on Tuesday. I hope things improve for you at least your on the downward slope with your chemo and will have it all over by Christmas. I hope our paths will cross soon.
