I too want to know because I absolutely cannot take Mk7. I've tried it twice (both times for about 3 days each) and it makes me feel horrible - terrible heart racing, anxious feeling and dizzy. So I want to try Mk4 but I can't find it anywhere other than combined with vit D which I already take and the Mk4 is at too high a dosage. I'm looking for something that is around 45 mg (as that is what was given to women in an OP bone density study in Japan).

My sister's spine doctor told her to take K7-MK7 w/ Nattokinase 100mg, soft gel and it is vitacost brand. She has not taken any yet but plans to rather than the Fosomax she was on. He also suggested taking Collagen Peptides, 20 grams a day. Both of these prevent possible bone fractures.
