I would look at the Margaret Martin website melioguide.com/ or her YouTube site melioguide.com/health-guide...

Everything she does is super gentle and sensible.

I agree with Fruitandnutcase. You can't go wrong with Margaret Martin's exercise advice.

If you want more options in order to have variety or to find an approach you prefer, I would also recommend Bob and Brad, 2 US physical therapists. On YouTube they have several balance videos. (they also have a website.)

I'm impressed by Beth Wagner's website and videos. She's a physical therapist and provides good information about balance in addition to exercises for different levels. movementfunctionmaui.com/

Tai Chi helps with balance. There are videos on YouTube aimed at older adults or those with osteoporosis. (some spine-twisting moves in a straight Tai Chi lesson might have to be avoided.)

In addition, The Royal Osteoporosis Society has advice on falls prevention on their website. theros.org.uk/information-a...

As we age, our fall risk increases. But there are a number of evidence-based falls prevention programs available. The National Council on Aging has a list of validated programs - ncoa.org/article/evidence-b...

Most are available free or at low cost. Check with your local Councill on Aging, senior center, Area Agency on Aging. Some -- such as A Matter of Balance and Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention -- are also available as online courses.
