I have OP since 2020. I decided to give algaecal a try for one year but my dx scan was worse. Very dissapointing. I may add strontium to it and hope for the best. Anyone ever try algaecal?

No, I haven't tried those vitamins. I did research quite a bit after my own diagnosis and quickly learned that vitamins alone won't solve the problem. After you begin to research further, you'll learn how a variety of solutions may be better and are worth considering, i.e. exercise, diet, strength training, core and balance routines, etc. Your doctor will also suggest meds if need be, which you can decide to take or not.

Aww, that's disappointing. Sorry. If you use strontium just make sure you do your research. Also let tech know incase they are able to adjust machine so you don't get a false reading of improvement. Strontium is heavier than calcium.
