Has anyone tried the Marodyne Low Intensity Vibration platform? I cannot take Fosomax or other drugs like that and am looking for a non-pharmaceutical alternative to treat osteoporosis. Thanks.

Low Intensity Vibration Platform
I was very interested in that when I was first diagnosed, they cost a lot of money and when I contacted the Royal Osteoporosis Society (I’m in the U.K.) I was told they are not the same as the ones used for astronauts so I gave up on that idea. It’s a pity you can’t rent them to see how you get on.
I bought a prolife vibration plate. It costs around 200 US. Maybe is not as good as the other one. Who knows. I have been using it for one month. It feels good. I don't know if it is helping with the bone density increase. I wonder what is the difference between the 5000 US, 2000 US and the least expensive vibration plates.
Consider Qigong shaking exercises. They are free, and feel nice and relaxing, and it seems to me they might replicate some of what you get from a vibration platform.
I used to do Shaking Qigong at a community center. The instructor said it was good for the lymphatic system.
These are the only videos I could find:
I see my Shaking Qigong videos didn't post:
Search Youtube for these titles:
