Paget’s Disease

Diagnosed with osteoporosis and Paget’s in left hip. My T and Z scores are -2.9 and -1.2. Terrified of meds and their side effects.

My Alkaline Phosphotase levels are elevated and I know the endrocronoglist is going to recommend Fosomax or Reclast.

Anyone here with Paget’s? Treatment options?
