Unexplained passing out spells a month or more after Prolia injection

A month or more after taking Prolia injection. Has anyone Else experienced both Arm biceps aching and then passing out for no reason? Multiple times?

I never had passing out after my one and only prolia needle. But did have increased pain in arm! Dr said probably due to neck issues I had! I had hair loss, pain in legs. Only had the one injection.
