Before taking any of the bone drug which have bad side effects or if you are already

on some bone drug do try to use a weight vest esp the one by ny k as it will assist building your bone as you go for a walk, its painless and it builds bone use with your program of medication or just use alone in place of drug just put it on a go!!

I have a Hyperwear one, which has dozens of very light weights, I think it's more adjustable than the NYK one. However, a word of caution, these aren't suitable for everyone, and definitely wouldn't be recommended for anyone who has had, or is at high risk of spinal compression fractures. Please be careful -- I had three vertebral compression fractures associated with Prolia and doc says I'm not ready to use weight belts at this point. Hopefully later! I do other approved exercise however and try to be as active as pain tolerance permits.
