Hi,

I'm new here. I'm looking for a teacher near area code 11201 (Brooklyn, or Manhattan) to help me with building strength and bone mass. I'm particularly interested in yoga for osteoporosis.

I'd appreciate any advice on teachers in the area or workshops, etc.
