Benefits of tai chi

I highly encourage anyone concerned about their balance and the risk of falling, to learn tai chi. I have been practicing tai chi for a year and a half and my balance has improved greatly. I would often trip and fall when walking due to balance issues and I never trip now. I practice tai chi for 15 minutes a day and am so glad that I discovered this wonderful, relaxing and gentle form of exercise.
