I'm feeling very anxious today its been 16 years since I my first wife passed 11pm 11/11/2008 with the dreaded big C . Unfortunately I don't go to the cemetery because her family reasons, but I can remember her in my own way .

I'm so sorry for your loss.And that you're suffering with anxiety and family problems. And it's possible to honour and remember a loved one anywhere. Perhaps light a candle.And remember good times and weep.Anniversaries bring a lot of grief.Sending love.x
