Ciao ho una gastrite cronica diagnosticata tramite una gastroscopia,effettuata l'anno scorso a 17 anni poiché ho molti disturbi di stomaco imbarazzanti come stipsi bruciore di stomaco molto.rumorosi tra l'altro e ci ho sofferto molto ho smesso di assumere medicinali essendo piccola e anche perché almeno alla mia età un po' di schifezze voglio o meno mi.ritrovo a mangiarle ma con questo disturbo mi è difficile e davvero complicato e imbarazzante,come potrei allegiriee questo disturbo con alimenti in casa e altro perfavore
