is anyone else taking Acid Soothe (By Enzymedica) for their acid reflux I dont know if it is me but they seem to be helping, been on them for nearly 3 weeks now they are quite expensive. Only in the last few days they seem to have kicked in. Just a question are they just a food supplement, there is not active ingredient.

These are marketed as dietary supplements but no daily value established (meaning no nutrition supplementation provided).

Suggest read the leaflets and product website.

If it works on your occasional symptoms then good. But if symptoms more frequent then inical diagnosis required
