Hi Hassan, that sounds very much like it could be some sort of reflux problem. I have LPR/Silent reflux, and some of your symptoms sound very familiar.
The best thing you can do is speak to your doctor about your symptoms. You might also want to try cutting acidic foods out of your diet for a while to see if it makes any difference.
These include: caffeine, carbonated drinks, chocolate, mint, spicy foods, tomatoes, and alcohol, to name a few.
You can also take an antacid after meals, plus it's important to leave at least 3 hours in between eating your last meal of the day and going to bed.
I completely understand you, it sounds to me like it is acid reflux and can also give you heartburn, since we are not allowed to post things on this site, god knows why when it helps people, look it up on google if I’m allowed to say that, I’ve posted things on my own fibromyalgia page and it’s been shared over 90 times and thank yous because people that are new to it and older ones that have had it years didn’t know, sharing information that may be useful to other fibromyalgia people is what I thought this was supposed to be all about but I think I’ll just stick with the Isle of Man 🇮🇲 one because you are not condemned to “breaking the rule of sharing other information from another app’ i do hope you get sorted and ask your doctor for lansaprazole it will help sort your acid reflux out 😎
