Covid 19 or GERD?

Hi all, I’m a newbie on this site although I’m also on rheumatoid site 🙄. I’ve suffered with reflux for a few years, my stress over past 3 years has been immense and I thought I was at long last getting to grips after stress started to relent and I changed my eating habits. So much so I stopped taking Omeprazole after reducing it to 10mg every other day. However on Tuesday I got a nasty shock, my 94 year old aunt whom I’m close to suffered a massive stroke. Since then I’ve noticed my cough come back, ache between shoulder blades and tightness in chest. I’ve also noticed my tinnitus has gone worse. It has got me thinking tho , could they be covid 19 or just GERD brought on again by stress. I’d really appreciate any thoughts anyone has. I do check my temp and it’s around 36.

Thanks so much
