Sleeping issues
Hi Blueishlover,What does bedtime look like for you guys ? Do you have any routines in place ?
How do you feel about co-sleeping ?
There's lots of advice and tips out there and I'm more than happy to share with you what works for us as a family with my little boy although he is now 4.5 yrs - we still struggle but have done since birth
Hi ☺️, how have things been going this last week? Even though my children are older I can remember the sleep routines could be really challenging especially when teeth were coming in or if they had even a slight cold. Or just for no reason some days. For me everything I planned around sleep didn’t happen the way I thought it would and I did feel quite bad about not being able to settle my little ones at times. How are you feeling?
I’m not sure if co-sleeping was something you planned or not but like the previous reply has said there is some helpful info on the just one norfolk website. I had a little search and found some helpful guidance about Co-sleeping justonenorfolk.nhs.uk/stayi....
And some helpful info on getting into routines and sleep justonenorfolk.nhs.uk/child...
I hope the information is helpful for you🤞🏻. I also regularly spoke to the health visitor at weigh in groups and phone calls. Which was really helpful and the just one number is available to talk through what’s happening. It would be great if you could let us know if the info helps or even anything you find that does help. I’m sure lots of us parents can really relate to sleep routine difficulties xx
