SLEEPING ISSUES

Hi, my daughter is two years old. She use to be a really good sleeper but the past year it's been dreadful. She will go to bed between 9-11pm and then wake up between 2-4am and will think it's instantly play time and refuses to sleep. It takes me 3/4 hours to get her back to sleep and sometimes more than that!

Any advice on what I can do?

Hi Shannon2301, sorry to hear your having trouble with you little ones sleep. Do you have any sort of routine in place etc? What does that look like? There are lots of tips out there and everything works different for everyone - I'm happy to share what works for us as a family as I struggle massively with my little boy but feel free to contact Just One Norfolk and one of the knowledgeable and helpful staff will be more than happy to sign post you.
