Cot Wet

My 2 and a half year old son has a very bad habit of pulling his winky up in his nappy so obviously as his winky is up, it soaks all through the top of his nappy and onto his pyjamas. He mainly does this at night time. Any suggestions on how maybe he could maybe prevent from wetting his clothes and cot? I have tried the undersuits with the poppers but he manages to fidget and move his nappy so his winky is up. Any help much appreciated :-)
