Really struggling with my 3 year olds son sleep.

Need some advice please? Really struggling with my 3 year old son at the moment with his sleep. For the past year me and my husband haven’t had a full night sleep. It’s got to the point now where one of us has to sit with my son until he falls asleep otherwise he screams the house down and won’t stop untill you go in and sit with him. Hes waking through the night sometimes 7 times in a night. Me and my husband are really struggling at the moment. We also have a 11 month old so it’s really tough. Any tips would be appreciated.

Sleep East is a good organisation that sometimes has funding and are able to offer free sleep support.

Sleep is usually quite a complicated subject to advise on, so it may be easier if you can give Just One Number a call 0300 300 0123. We can go through your son's individual routine and try and come up with some ideas.

Hiya I had lots of sleep issues with my children, I know this can feel exhausting. I tried things like black out curtains and white noise machines to try and manage this have you tried things like that? I hope you are doing ok - literally I went through a stage of living on black coffee and chocolate to keep going. Like Rachel said this can be really complicated to manage and so HV advice can really help 🤞🏻 the info given above can help ☺️.
