Happy Tuesday everyone!

As this week is 'Safer Sleep Week' today's tip is:

When you put your baby to sleep remember;

- Lay them on their back with their feet at the bottom of the cot

- Don’t cover their face or head

while sleeping or use loose bedding.

What is your child’s bedtime routine? Is there anything that helps them to get to sleep? Share your thoughts below!

One of my children needs a specific teddy to get to sleep / stay asleep whereas the other will just go to sleep on her own - it’s funny how children can be so different... Saying that neither are great sleepers so they have that in common!

As they are now through the ‘baby stage’ we have a rough routine - bath/shower, book and then sleep which seems to work, we aren’t strict on times just when we are ready which helps us be flexible.

With my god daughter, we always sing a song before she goes to bed. She especially loves Down to the River to Pray or anything that you can incorporate her name into!
