Hi my baby is 7 months old and I have been weaning her for the last 3 months we are now on to 3 meals a day plus snacks and cutting down milk, all the books say cut the mid day milk out but she doesn't seem interested in her first feed so have been giving her porridge made with her milk, she goes down at 9:30pm and wakes at 8:am that feels a long time to then not want milk(formula fed). Have you ever had this? she drinks water throughout the day so not worried just need advise please

I would say be guided by her, babies are really good at knowing what they need. I wouldn't worry too much about the actual timings of the feeds. There is a website called First Steps Nutrition which is a really useful resource. :-)
