I try to save money and energy by cooking up veggie stews or curries which are filling and also do dinners for a couple of days. I also do veggie mince with veg. Day 1 it’s with spaghetti, day 2 it turns into chilli with rice. Might even have a bit left over to go in a wrap. Nom nom!
