Eating on a budget

Batch cooking is our friend! We do spag bol a lot...lots of veggies in there to bulk out the meat. Same with casseroles and lasagne. I like doing a roast every couple of weeks as I can get several meals from that.

I look in the reduced section and often find meat heavily reduced which I freeze until needed. I also make the most of multibuys and jumbo sized packs of meat, which I split down into smaller packs and freeze until needed.

But shopping bill is still loads more than I would like :-(
