Did anyone really notice the weight gain with taking creon how quickly did you notice and did you have any side effects , how often did you take it in what quantities ?

I 'd like to know the answer to that question as well.

I started taking Creon four weeks ago but have yet to notice any gain in weight. Still struggling to maintain my weight and I'm six months post op. I do suffer from microscopic colitis, a form of inflammatory bowel disease so I know that will be having an impact.I'm on a course of budesonide for that as well at the moment.

How long have you been taking Creon, Mbads?

Hi, I noticed you have microscopic colitis, I have just been told I have colitis spots noticed in an colonoscopy. Can you explain a little about it and how long you have had it please. Also the type of foods you can eat. I would really appreciate it.

hi there,

I have been on Creon for about 8 years now and I have gained back 1.5 stone. Which I am not happy with tbh. Recently though I have not been able to keep food in, I have written a blog explaining why.

But I was told once on Creon you won’t come off it. It really is a godsend.
