Morning only.

Good morning all.

When I wake up I always have a sweet taste in my mouth and the feeling that my gums are covered in something sticky. When I go to the bathroom to spit it’s always a really thick brown colour. Now it still happens when I’m on antibiotics and it does only happen to build up during the night when I’m sleeping. I drink 3-4 litres of water a day also. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

Thank you for your response.

Asj
