Tightness all around my middle after eating so uncomfortable

When I now eat I get soooo tight all around my middle under my rib cage. I've now also get pain in right shoulder. I have oesophagitis and gastritis and slow motility of oesophagus. A consultant is going to test me for SIBO but I'm concerned something isnt right. I suffer burning pain too inbetween my shoulder blades and spreads all down to middle back. I am on medications for sleep and depression which I think the doctor raised his concerns about. I dont have a gallbladder. My blood tests were ok 4 months ago. I'm sure the meds affect my gut. I've put on 2 stone in weight because of them. The right shoulder pain is only when I press down with it.

Anyone had this badly before ??
