Please help with an advice

I had to call an ambulance on friday.They took me to the hospital.I was spitting blood,very dizzy,very tired and pain in the right hand side of the abdomen.I had a bronchoscopy.Nothing found.They said I will have a gastroscopy very soon because they think the blood is comming from the stomach and not the lung.I stiil have the pain.They gave me augmentin and doxycicline.Doesn t help.Now I am bloated like a baloon and constipated.I am still tired most of the time and bloated maybe from the antibiotics.In the letter is saying "the larynx appears to have changes consistent with GORD.The trachea is turtuos and has a sabre appearance
