Questioning medication

Hello, I’m new to the forum so apologies if not relevant here. However, any direction would be appreciated. Here goes...

I’ve been taking 30mg of lansoprazole daily for over 10 years. I have now developed a dry persistent cough over the past two years. I have been prescribed a low dose of 0.5mg x 3 a day of Baclofen for one month. Only my 4 day and still no relief or improvement; only nausea and drowsiness. Can anyone relate to this treatment for GORD?

I have just increased my lanzaprazole to two a day as I was coughing and had nausea 24/7. I did not want to but it has certainly helped with both. I have Barrett’s Oesophagus and a hiatus hernia and I was not risking my Barrett’s if I was producing more acid. It may be worth a try to increase to see if that helps xx
