I’ve noticed I can take a good breath in , but on the out breath it’s very quite and it’s as if I’m light headed and could so easily drop off to sleep my head just drops forward and that wakes me up it’s no a nice feeling.

It would probably be a good idea to get your blood pressure checked?
Also hope you are drinking plenty liquids, without which you might have low BP.
