Has any one had lower side back pain at the side of the back and stil had orange bile come up ? I have had this pain on and off for a while and still having orange bile I think coming up

I had the same problem for 3 half years. Cyder vinegar was suggested but I couldn't stand the taste. So, I tried ordinary cyder. This has been working for me now for months. I add 300 ml to 2 litres of soft drink. I drink this throughout the day.

Aches and pains are not uncommon; sometimes they transfer there from somewhere else, through the nerve system.

I think it might be worth taking a sample of the 'bile' to the doctor. It might be the result of some kind of infection.

Do you have a nasty taste in your mouth? You could try test strips from the pharamacy to establish whether it is bile (alkali) or not. Try Gaviscon Advance to see whether that stops the bile reflux.
