I have acid reflux & take emozul 80g a day. My throat is really badly imflamed and i cough badly everytime i eat, & can only eat certain foods. When its this bad

You don't say whether you've had oesophageal cancer or an oesophagectomy. If not, your problem could be due to a hiatus hernia, or indeed something else.

Ive had got oesophageal and ive had all the tests tube into my stomach overnight camera ect

There must be something that is causing this, and it needs a proper medical examination. Meanwhile try and take in liquid or soft diet that is soothing to the throat.
