I eat a bag of jakemans sweets a day cos I've stopped smoking is this bad n can it harm me I think I'm addicted to them can someone help me find out if this is harmful.

Turnertwins16 I was the same when I gave up smoking your appetite comes back I put weight on so I started walking I hadn't been diagnosed then but u need a hobby to take your mind of the sweets or try low sugar ones good luck x
