Hello everybody, I made it 5 years. Yay! Long and hard road, like most Ivor Lewis folk I had some issues... Lately my tailbone is killing me. I got used to a lot, as we all had to, but this pain is new and very intense. Did you experience something like this? Please, can you let me know? Thank you!

Congratulations! I've not had any tailbone issues , but I'm sure if you phone the cancer nurses they can help you with it. I'm still in contact with mine after 9 yrs, they have been brilliant. X
Congratulations. I'm currently at 15. Statistically, if you make it to 5, you've got an excellent chance of making it to 10 and beyond.
It's likely that the pain in your coccyx is nothing to do with your surgery. However, having said that, I have certainly experienced a lot more aches and pains over the last 10 years, which I partly attribute to the loss of weight after my operation, though it may be that I'm just getting older!
