Ok so i definitely have OCD, i have the “if i don’t do this, this will happen” thoughts, and I was diagnosed. But i heard somewhere that like doing certain movements is ocd too. Not like doing this so this doesn’t happen, just like creasing your eyebrows because you feel like you have to/ like it’s something you just need to do. For no other reason than you just feel like you have to. Is that a symptom of OCD?

I don't think it is OCD itself, but it is connected. Tourette's and motor tics are closely related to OCD, as are conditions like compulsive skin picking. They can feel very powerful, these urges, and they can be followed by a feeling of relief when you do them.
