Yeah it’s actually very common with ocd, it’s happened to me on more than one occasion. Chrissie Hodges made a video talking about this on YouTube, and I think it might help you.

I've certainly had OCD in my dreams! It has a horrible way of taking over your life and directing everything you do, but it can be fought successfully. How I crave the normality people without it have! But like many other disabilities it needn't always run your life.
Of course you are old enough to make an appointment with your GP, and you don't have to take a parent if you don't want to. Do make one, and get a referral. It can be a real relief just to start treatment.
Just I will try thank you I just wish it would just ease off like it would before but it’s not I can walk into any room and see something that triggers my ocd x
It doesn't often ease off on its own, but it certainly can with treatment. So make that appointment!
