Yes! among others chronic depression osteoarthritis disc problems
Sounds awful, it's bad enough just having ocd, although this can and does lead to depression.
Yh I have a lot bad lows and have mental health nurse coming next week I seem to have all bad days not any good days hopefully they will help what you you suffer with hun
OCD can and does get better! It is a struggle, though, as I know from experience. Mental health services are overstretched, but medication helps a lot of people, though not all, and works best in conjunction with CBT. It sounds like you could be having mobility problems, in which case pain and difficulty doing things just makes the OCD worse. If it isn't an intrusive question, what form does your OCD take? I hope the mental health nurse is helpful, and takes into account your physical problems. Mental and physical health are tied in with each other and both need to be treated.
