Remember it's just 'a thought'.

When I get an intrusive thought I say in my head "STOP!"

However many times it comes I do this.

Try it and see.

You know it is irrational to have this thought.Nothing is going to happen.

Give it a try.

Hi

I know how anxious this thought can make you.

one thing you can do is wear an elastic band on your wrist ping it and say stop.

Also write down the thought.

grade how much you believe it.

Your thought shows you care about your family

it also is out of balance.

How much do you rely on a member of your family to do things the right way.

What has happened when they get it wrong?

Although people have tried to tell you that you must be perfect no human is perfect and we are allowed mistakes.

You cannot control your fmilies lives

bless you
