Injection Symptoms

I went to see a new ortho specialist this week. My OA went from mild to severe, especially in my knees. So, I finally decided to try the injection. It started working the next day. No knee pain. But, I am having nerve and muscle pain. Is this normal after your first injection? How do you calm it down?

Other than going up and down my patio stairs, I have been on bedrest. But they are like 15 stairs. So, maybe that was too much?

Was your fibromyalgia acting up before the injection or after? You should ask for your magnesium levels to be checked, if its low it can cause muscle spasms my mother has been having crippling muscle spasms and her doctor tested her magnesium and she was deficient.
