Zapain for Ostio with Hypothyroidism?

Hi all, not posted here for quite sometime now but I need some info if anyone can help please. I have an under active Thyroid as well as other illnesses, I am prescribed Zapain for Ostioarthritis and Scoliosis pain but I am having a reaction of wheezing and coughing,iread this is a common side effect but Zapain should not be prescribed with an under active Thyroud.i have stopped my medication of Zapain but can't get to see a Dr, is anyone else here taking Zapain? I don't know whether to carry on taking it as I am in so much pain and it did take the pain away. Dr's appointments are none existant at my surgery.

Good morning...I am saddened by the pain you are going through at this time. From my understanding, you have relief when taking Zapian; however, I have some concern. An underactive thyroid can cause weakness and brain fogginess these symptoms mixed with taking Zapian may cause more harm than good. My suggestion is for you to call the doctor's office and let the nurse know of your concerns. If you are unable to speak with the nurse and have access to a nurse hotline, that may be another option. I hope you receive your answers soon.

Just had a call from the Dr's, I am to stop taking Zapain and a prescription for Naproxen is going to my chemist.
