Hi I'm fairly new too - and it's NOT helpful when doctor shrugs and says "age + wear and tear"! I'm also limited in what pain-killers I can take as am on anticoagulants til June (next and hopefully last review for a DVT last June). I'm just hoping that living here in Spain will help over the summer. Fortunately for now walking is still fine - just getting out of bed to do it is a problem!
