How are you doing on week 3 of WWE? You are half way there, don't give up. Are you experiencing any discomfort after walking? If so, does it last longer than 2 hours? Some techniques of coping with the discomfort or pain are: 1) use heat and/or cold pack; 2) massage area; 3) prescribed medication; 4) meditate to take your mind off the pain; and 5) think and talk positive. You can read more about it in Chapter 4 of your WWE guide book.
