Many people during lockdown have been discovering yoga and all its wide range of benefits. Have you?
For those of you already familiar with the practise, here is a full 60 minutes class for you, to explore your own stable foundations. Physically there is a strong focus on your legs, emotionally more of a focus on how your inner terrain is. These are regular Sunday sessions that I have been offering to all my wonderful existing clients, so fortunate to be able to continue sessions via the magic of zoom! I felt it was important to share helpful content for you right now, so you can feel supported from within.

I have a spare room set aside for my daily yoga/meditation/mindfulness. Evenings, mostly between 8 & 9pm, is when I practice. Rarely do I miss a day.
Coming across your video was wonderful, I have added it to my practice. This community is fortunate to have you. While medication is a part of my recovery, for now.....yoga will be with me forever.
