Hi All, as Autumn sets in I very much feel drawn to being warm and cosy…and curling up with a mug of hot chocolate. I make this very simply with an unsweetened coconut milk (Rude Health I really like) and a teaspoon of cocao powder made in a pan on the stovetop. A pinch of cinnamon works very well. If you like that extra bit of heat a pinch of chilli can also go in. Sit back and sip….ahhhh. Full of good fats and the cacao is wonderful for circulatory health.
