Meditation for health

Hi All. Without doubt, discovering my own regular meditation practise has been one of the most useful tools I could ever have chosen for my wellbeing. Especially in times of illness and fear around next steps and looking back at past traumas and surgeries, meditation provides a space to be ok with where you are. It is, as with all things, a process and therefore finding a technique to help you feel the benefits for yourself is really important. I continue to recommend the brilliant collaborative efforts of Deepak Chopra and Oprah. The next sessions start next month on 10th April and are free.
