How's your hydration?

Hello All! We often hear about the importance of staying well hydrated. Actually this like anything else is a very individual thing. The more fluid you drink the more the kidneys need to work so it is a balance to drink enough to avoid feeling tired and even a bit headachy. Sometimes general fatigue can be alleviated by drinking a little more water. Hunger can also be mistaken for thirst. So just tune in. Certainly aim for at least one litre of good quality water daily alongside herbal (i.e non caffeinated) teas.
