Hi All! Goodness I'm delighted to see this group growing. Do say Hi! I'd love to hear from you.

I'm embarking on a little soothing love with the aid of turmeric powder and cold pressed organic coconut oil. This is a great and affordable way to reduce inflammation at a cellular level. Inflammation is present with pretty much every disease process. The properties in turmeric, curcumin being one such compound, are extremely effective. Mixing it with a fat aids its absorption and activates its anti-inflammatory properties. Pinch of black pepper also helps with the activation. Take a teaspoon of turmeric powder in a tablespoon of coconut oil and pinch of black pepper. I source the turmeric powder from Neals Yard but it is widely available. Source from as clean a source as possible.
